PETG

PETG stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate modified with Glycol
PETG is best suited for mechanical models with moving parts. PETG has some flex and is stronger than PLA.
PLA

PLA Stands for Polylactic acid
PLA is best suited for stationary models and prototypes. PLA is brittle and not suitable for constant handling
